Admissions gate closes 1 hour before exhibits close. Please arrive before 5PM to be allowed entrance into the aquarium.
Purchasing a General Admission ticket or Annual Membership signifies your acceptance of and your willingness to adhere to our Guest Code of Conduct, found here
Please note that your ticket is good for the date it was purchased for and is nonrefundable. If you are unable to visit on that day, we will try to accommodate your visit within 7 days of expiration. This accommodation will be subject to attendance and capacity.
