Birthday Party Policies: For the safety of our animals and exhibits we don't allow balloons inside the aquarium. Pizza is provided for children through VIA Entertainment. No outside vendors for hot food please.  Cakes, cupcakes and desserts are allowed to be brought from outside vendors. We will provide juice, water or soda for children, and coffee or tea for adults.


Cancellation Policy: Parties cancelled more than two weeks prior to their event date may have their payment refunded or it may be rescheduled at a different date and time. Parties cancelled within two weeks of the event date will have 80% of their payment refunded Parties rescheduling within two weeks of an original event date may retain their deposit, but are subject to a $50 late rescheduling fee.
