Stingray feeding experiences are open for this event, 1 cup can be shared easily between a couple. Please limit stingray feeding add-on sales to ONE (1) per table.
Member tables will receive one complimentary bottle of wine, Standard Tables may add a bottle of wine by purchasing the appropriate ticket below. Premium centerpiece bouquets are also available as an add on for Standard and Member Tables.Menu:Starter:
Charcuterie Plate - Share a plate of Imported & Domestic Cheeses, Italian Meats, Fresh Grapes, Berries, Fig Spread, Crostini, & Crackers.
Salad Course:
Tossed Salad- Mixed Greens, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Carrots, House Balsamic Vinaigrette

- Double Thick Pork Chop with a Tamarind Orange Honey Reduction (GF/DF)
- Parmesan Encrusted Chicken Breast served with Artichokes, Mushrooms, & Roasted Red Peppers in a Demi Reduction
- French Ratatouille, Stewed Eggplant, Red Peppers, Summer Squash, Zucchini, Onions, and Mushrooms with a Robust Tomato Sauce of Herbs and Spices Served over a Polenta Cake (GF/DF/V)
